Boris has over 15 years of professional experience in organization-wide culture shaping, leadership development and personal transformation, and has been a Vice President with Senn Delaney, a culture shaping pioneer, for over seven years. He then served as “Head of Culture” at Majid Al Futtaim, a leading provider of real-estate, retail and leisure brands in Dubai, leading their culture shaping efforts across 16 countries in Middle-East and North Africa, and advising the Exec Teams on that path.
As a consultant, facilitator and coach, he has supported senior leaders to nurture more thriving team cultures at eBay, IBA, Criteo, Rolls Royce, NATO, ITT, Nomad Foods, Hertz, l’Occitane en Provence, Novartis and British Telecom. He also co-devised and piloted the first ever Executive Development Programmed in NATO. Prior to his work as a consultant Boris was responsible for the Leadership Development activities at a global division at Siemens.
On his journey Boris has worked with executives and employees at all levels in Europe, the Middle East, the United States, South America, Africa, and Asia. Boris studied Economics in Toulouse (France), and graduated from ESCP Europe following studies of international management in Paris, Oxford, and Berlin. Boris speaks English, Italian, French and German, his mother tongue, fluently.
He is a certified coach, and a guest faculty member of the Middle East Leadership Academy (MELA), a non-profit organization supporting high-potential business leaders to be catalysts for positive change.
His book “Chief Energy Officer – Universal Principles to Nurture a Spirit of Performance” takes readers on unique journey and helps them look at their organizations through the dimension of human energy.
Boris lives with his wife and two children in southern Germany. For many years he has also lived and worked in London, Genova and Dubai. He is a passionate photographer with a desire to capture and show the light in everyone, and he plays a bit of piano to entertain family and friends when he finds a good enough excuse to do so.
