Lindsay is a Human Resources professional with 10 years of experience advising and coaching leaders, improving organizational processes and systems, and working as a positive culture change agent.
Lindsay started her career in the healthcare industry, working for both long-term care and acute care facilities. She then moved into manufacturing, working as HR partner for a steel manufacturing company, and then later to the Goodyear Tire and Rubber Company. While at Goodyear, Lindsay held two HR Business Partner roles, supporting the North America Supply Chain organization and North America Consumer Sales organization. She also held the role of Leadership Development Program Manager where she owned various initiatives for the corporate Learning and Development organization. Most recently, she was the HR Manager for the Global Technology Organization at OMNOVA Solutions, Inc.
Lindsay lives in the Cleveland, Ohio area with her husband and two dogs. Her passions outside of work include music, film, horseback riding, and spending time with family and friends.
