Adrian DeDomenico is a strategic nonprofit leader with over 21 years of experience in management, finance, and global operations. Bringing a strong focus on emotional intelligence, he is dedicated to offering tailored solutions that enable organizations to exceed their goals and drive impactful change. Adrian is a Corentus-trained team coach who guides executives in developing high-performing teams that can navigate complex strategic and operational challenges collaboratively, inclusively, and with accountability.

Before his roles in management consulting and leadership coaching, he served as the Senior Director of Finance at The Tides Center, where he led financial operations for over 140 charitable projects, managing $400 million in annual activities. With twelve years of experience overseeing enterprise business planning and strategy at Oxfam America, he excels at creating impactful enterprise-wide strategies that drive change and enhance organizational efficiency. His extensive non-profit management experience also includes leading global financial operations and systems for $100 million in USAID and foundation funds. Adrian currently serves as Treasurer for Amnesty International USA, a prominent global human rights nonprofit.

Adrian holds a Master of Public Administration (MPA) degree in nonprofit management from Rutgers University, an interdisciplinary degree in international education and leadership studies from Harvard University, a BA degree in Political Science from the University of Chicago, and a diplôme from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris, France. He is a BDO-certified Nonprofit Accounting Professional (CNAP) and a Talent Management Practitioner (TMP) Certified.

Adrian lives in the greater Boston area with his wife and three children. When not working or playing with his kids, he enjoys traveling, meditation, and open-water swimming in New England’s lakes.
