This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes how Corentus, Inc., a Delaware corporation with an office at 87 Pleasant Street, Lexington, MA 02421 (“Corentus,” “we,” “our,” or “us”), collects, uses, discloses, retains, and protects personal information obtained from users (“you,” “your,” or “Participant”) in connection with your use of the Corentus website, mobile applications, services, courses, sales, marketing, or events (collectively, the “Sites”).

By accessing or using the Sites, you acknowledge and agree to the practices set forth in this Policy. If you do not agree, you must immediately discontinue use of the Sites.

1.2 Exclusions. This Policy does not apply to third-party websites, applications, or services not controlled by Corentus.

10. Children’s Privacy

The Sites are not directed to, and Corentus does not knowingly collect information from, individuals under 18 years of age. If such information is identified, it will be deleted promptly.

11. Privacy Rights

11.1 General Rights. Depending on applicable law, you may have rights to:

  • Restrict or object to certain processing;

  • Withdraw consent where consent is the basis for processing;

  • Request data portability.

11.2 California Rights. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), California residents may:

  • Request deletion of personal information, subject to legal exceptions;

  • Opt out of the sale of personal information (Corentus does not sell personal information);

  • Exercise rights without discrimination.

11.3 Shine the Light. California residents may also request, once per year, disclosure of information shared with third parties for direct marketing purposes.

12. Third-Party Websites

The Sites may contain links to external websites. Corentus is not responsible for third-party data practices. Users should review the privacy policies of external websites before submitting information.

13. Updates to Policy

Corentus may amend this Policy at any time. Revisions will be posted with an updated “Last Updated” date. For material changes, Corentus may provide additional notice by email or through the Sites.
