For over 25 years, Corentus has coached executive teams and trained thousands of team coaches across 30+ countries. Our approach blends hands-on experience with practical tools and methods that drive real results for teams.

This page highlights four development opportunities for practitioners looking to deepen their skills with Corentus:

1. Team Tools Cohort

A monthly membership that allows you to build your toolkit over time. Each month, you receive new Corentus tools, frameworks, and methods, plus two live learning labs, and access to a community of fellow practitioners.

2. Special Programs & Skill Reinforcer Sets

Opportunities to gain hands-on experience through our Pro Bono / Low Bono Team Coaching Program, and practical materials like team tool workbooks and flashcards to reinforce your skills.

3. Team Coaching Practicum

An advanced, client-based learning experience (already detailed below). Work directly with a Corentus Team Coach to apply your skills in real engagements and earn a Certificate in Corentus Team Coaching.

4. Accelerated Programs

Privately scheduled, individualized paths for practitioners seeking a faster, more intensive learning experience. Includes accelerated options for Core and Immersion.

TEAM TOOLS COHORT

The Team Tools Cohort is our newest ongoing learning community for practitioners who want to steadily expand their Corentus toolkit over time. Each month, members receive a new tool from the Corentus Toolkit — including frameworks, methods, and resources we’ve developed and refined over 25 years, along with two live learning labs led by Alexander and Janice Caillet.

This cohort is designed for practitioners who want:

  • Continuous growth rather than a one-time training

  • Guidance from the creators of the tools

  • Connection with peers who are applying these tools in real client work

  • A practical way to build a robust toolkit without a large upfront investment

Members build capability month by month while staying current with Corentus’ latest thinking, tools, and approaches. Each session focuses on how to use that month’s tool effectively with clients, whether in team coaching, facilitation, 1:1 coaching, or advisory work.

TEAM COACHING PRACTICUM

The "Practicum" advanced program provides an unparalleled opportunity for team coaches to upgrade and refine their skills under the guidance of experienced Corentus Team Coaches. Through this immersive experience, participants will leverage the experience of the Corentus Team Coach throughout every step of their journey with a team coaching client, from Contracting to Measuring Success and Completion.

Since it is necessary to have a client engagement to participate in this advanced program, the participant can either bring their own team coaching client or select one from our pro bono/low bono special program. This rigorous program is designed to elevate your team coaching capabilities to new heights.

Successfully completing this Practicum Training will result in obtaining a Certificate in Corentus Team Coaching. This certification is a testament to your dedication, skill, and high standards of excellence in team coaching, demonstrating a significant milestone in your professional development journey.

  • Apply your skills in actual team coaching scenarios, enhancing your learning with practical experience.

  • Receive personalized feedback and support from seasoned Corentus Feedback Coaches, helping you navigate challenges and refine your approach.

  • Deepen your understanding and proficiency across all phases of a team coaching engagement, from contracting to expanding the impact of your engagement.

  • Upon successful completion of the practicum, earn a prestigious Certificate in Corentus Team Coaching, marking your achievement and expertise in the field.
