Please read the Return Policy before purchasing and before connecting with us regarding a return or refund.

1. Overview

At Corentus, we are committed to ensuring your satisfaction with our products and services. This Return Policy outlines the procedures for returning courses, programs, and physical products purchased from our website, corentus.com.

2. Digital Products (Courses & Programs)

a. Due to the nature of digital content, we do not offer refunds for courses and programs once they have been accessed or downloaded.

b. In exceptional circumstances, if you have not accessed or downloaded the course or program, and wish to request a refund, please contact our customer service team at EngageUs@corentus.com within 14 days of purchase. Each request will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

3. Physical Products (Flashcards, Workbooks, etc.)

a. If you are not satisfied with your purchase of physical products like flashcards and workbooks, you may return them within 14 days for a full refund.

b. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

c. To initiate a return, please contact us at EngageUs@corentus.com with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond with instructions on how and where to send your return.

d. You are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

e. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

4. Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

Certain types of items cannot be returned, like personalized courses or special orders. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

5. Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at EngageUs@corentus.com and send your item to the address provided in our response.
