Alexander Caillet is an internationally recognized organizational psychologist, consultant, and coach dedicated to helping organizations achieve high performance through powerful teaming. As the CEO of Corentus, Inc., Alexander has worked across more than 30 countries on five continents, bringing deep expertise in both leadership coaching and large-scale organizational transformation.
Known for his pioneering work in team coaching, Alexander integrates real-time data on communication and behaviors into his practice and blends individual coaching with whole-team development. His innovative methods have supported clients through redesigns, post-merger integrations, business turnarounds, culture change initiatives, and more.
Alexander co-founded the State of Mind Institute, where he and his colleagues research how a leader’s mental state directly impacts their performance. This work has become a cornerstone of his approach with clients ranging from multinational corporations to NGOs and government agencies. His client list includes organizations such as AIP Publishing, BNP Paribas, Bristol Myers Squibb, Draper Labs, L’Oréal, McKinsey & Company, MITRE, NASA, Novartis, Oxfam America, Partners In Health, Silverchair, TechnoServe, and Harvard University.
A longtime faculty member of Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching Program, Alexander has taught team coaching to over 60 cohorts of senior leaders and professional coaches. He is also certified in Team Management Systems (TMSDI), is a licensed HeartMath Certified Trainer, and a Health Realization practitioner.
Fluent in English, French, and Spanish, Alexander holds dual citizenship in France and the U.S. He earned his B.S. in Psychology from the University of Michigan and his M.A. in Organizational Psychology from Columbia University. He lives in Boston and is the proud father of three adult daughters: Chloé, Léanna, and Alexia.
