Allie started management consulting at the Advisory Board Company, where she worked with executives at hospitals and health systems. From 2001 to 2016, she led multiple large-scale change efforts at Blue Cross Blue Shield of Massachusetts, serving as senior advisor and chief of staff for several C-level executives. Allie excels at partnering with leaders in identifying their barriers to change and in coaching them to create sustainable results.

Allie is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coach Federation and received her coaching certification at Georgetown University. She is certified in The Leadership Circle and the Predictive Index (PI). Allie serves as an Integrated Life Advocate for the Third Path Institute, which supports leaders in their pursuit of work-life integration, and is also on the faculty for Linkage’s Women in Leadership Institute. Allie has lived her own transformation. After spending significant energy in fear-based environments, she has learned to choose the unknown path over the false promise of security and to break stifling patterns to live her life with purpose.
