Ann Marie’s unique expertise lies in spearheading transformative organizational initiatives. She secured $56 million in funding for the College of Eastern Idaho driving the advancement of facilities and programs, culminating in the creation and construction of a groundbreaking 90,000-square-foot Career Technical Education Center that redefined regional education and workforce development. Her corporate journey includes pioneering global coaching and incentive programs at HSBC, which resulted in multimillion-dollar revenue growth and operational excellence. Additionally, she co-founded Interview Savvy, a career development firm that garnered national recognition.

Academically, Ann Marie holds a PhD in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Grand Canyon University, an MBA from Northwestern University's Kellogg School of Business, and a BA in Behavioral Science from the University of Chicago. She contributes to civic leadership having served on multiple boards including the Ronald McDonald House, IF Arts Council, Columbus Association for the Performing Arts (CAPA), City Club. Ann Marie is married and has three children. She resides in the Washington D.C. area.
