Carol has been coaching individuals, teams, and business leaders since 2001 when she was first certified by the Gallup Organization as a Strengths Performance Coach.
She has facilitated thousands of coaching sessions across a variety of professional levels, industries, and cultures. She is a seasoned master strengths coach who inspires people to fully understand, embrace and capitalize on their talents in work and in life. Carol has also has helped hundreds of leaders and teams better understand where strengths can sometimes get people into what she calls "mischief."
Carol has been highly successful in helping people take full advantage of their talents by finding practical ways to invest in what they do best. She has a proven track record of working with leaders to drive a strong sense of team identity and engagement. Leaders and their teams are inspired to be more collaborative, engage in healthy conflict, and foster greater trust.
Carol has a Master’s degree in Organizational Behavior and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology. In 2008 she graduated from Georgetown University’s Leadership Coach Certificate program. Carol is a Gallup-Certified Strengths Finder Coach and an International Coach Federation Professional Certified Coach (PCC).
Prior to becoming a professional coach, Carol worked for over 25 years in a variety of leadership roles including as a Director of Talent Engagement at Stryker Corporation, a Fortune 500 Medical Device company, and as Vice President at a software development start up company. She and her husband are based on the East Coast of the U.S. and enjoy spending time in the summer at their home in Northern Italy on Lake Maggiore.
