Deirdre is a leadership coach, team coach, and facilitator with over 20 years of global and multi-sector business experience. She has coached and facilitated leaders and teams for global organizations in 27 countries. With extensive experience living and working on four continents, Deirdre has cultivated a deep cultural humility and systems awareness. This unique background not only enables her to seamlessly integrate and leverage diverse perspectives, but also instills confidence in her ability to navigate complex cultural dynamics.

Deirdre has led leadership coaching engagements with C-suite executives in various-sized companies, startup founders, heads of non-profits, and colonels in the US Air Force. She is an executive leadership coach, team coach, and facilitator at Harvard Business School in the Executive Education program. She was a founding guide at Chief, DC, a premier network of senior executive women representing over 75% of the Fortune 100 companies.

Deirdre has a keen ear for balancing performance outcomes with a holistic approach to coaching. Formerly a series seven licensed trader working in Tokyo, Japan, and speaking Japanese, Deirdre has first-hand experience juggling complexities in a fast-paced business environment.

Deirdre has served as a director on multiple non-profit boards with a focus on strengthening board governance and organizational effectiveness. She recently stepped down as the Director of Strategic Partnerships and Marketing for the International Coach Federation of Maryland.

Deirdre resides in Washington, DC. She is energized by spending time with her family and friends. She loves exploring nature, is an avid hiker, and loves photography.
