Drew Jacobs is an executive coach, facilitator, and learning leader with over a decade of experience in the professional coaching and training industry. She has partnered with leaders and high potentials from organizations such as Harvard Business School, eBay, Starbucks, AbbVie, and American Express, focusing on executive presence, virtual presentation skills, and strategic business writing.
Drew held key leadership roles at The Ariel Group, a leadership development firm specializing in leadership presence, including Vice President of Solutions Strategy and Director of Learning. In these positions, she designed and delivered transformative learning programs for leaders worldwide. She also managed Ariel's facilitator recruitment and development process, training practitioners across the US, Europe, Asia, and Australia.
As Associate Director of Digital Learning at Mobius Executive Leadership, Drew spearheaded digital learning initiatives that enhanced facilitator and coach development. Her expertise in learning strategy and design, coupled with her certifications in LUMA’s Human-Centered Design Thinking and the HBDI Whole Brain® Model, equips her to drive innovation in leadership development.
Drew launched her career in the performing arts, earning a Bachelor of Fine Arts from Adelphi University and building a professional portfolio as a theater and film actress for over 15 years. Her work includes touring nationally, performing at international theater festivals, and starring in the award-nominated web series Staying in Boston.
Drew resides in the greater Boston area with her husband and their two young daughters.
