Gary Bond

Corentus Team Coach, Leadership Coach, Consultant, & Trainer

Gary works with leaders and teams to unlock higher performance and greater results for teams and organizations.

Gary has over 25 years of corporate and entrepreneurial team leadership experience and management consulting. His experience includes a wide range of transformational change initiatives and a specialty in helping IT and Business Teams work successfully together. A special area is successfully addressing complex enterprise-wide business issues in pharma, financial services, banking, tech, service industries, and fast-growing small and middle-market firms. A goal of his work is to help build team and leader capacity through coaching, training, and sharing tools and experiences. His clients include Dentsu, Barclays, Bank of America, Chase, UBS, Merrill Lynch, Marsh & McLennan, Dun & Bradstreet, AIG, Kroll, Dell EMC, Microsoft, Intel, Bayer, Bristol-Myers Squibb, Boehringer Ingelheim, and Amplify.

For 15 years, he focused on helping firms adopt computer technologies and finding ways to maximize the business value from their investments. As the industry moved from DOS to Windows and new application software, he designed and led firm-specific migrations. Over 250,000 individuals were trained. The transformational projects helped unite technology and business leaders to define better business outcomes of greater value. The biggest factors determining success were ‘people and teamwork’ aligning on shared goals, not technology. Following this period, Gary worked on Wall Street helping firms develop and deploy global solutions and improving team performance and results. This led to a refocus of efforts on Team and Executive Coaching as his primary work.

Gary finds great joy in helping teams and leaders produce better results by building trust and strong collaborative relationships, achieving improved, sustainable results and greater satisfaction. He uses a supportive and direct approach in helping teams and leaders build skills to have ‘challenging conversations’ and to develop deep team engagement. In his spare time, Gary loves reading, photography, travel, and the arts and lives in NYC with his wife, kids, and grandkids.
