Idalia is a coach, consultant, and facilitator. She has coached executives at the C-suite in the nonprofit sector since 2018. She engages in strategic partnerships with leadership teams, provides guidance and support to consulting teams, and supports the growth and development of the firm. Bringing decades of experience in education and workforce development programs, her expertise includes leadership development, organizational management, strategy design, and program-to-mission alignment. Idalia has extensive experience with youth and diverse communities, and her passion is to help leaders realize their full potential.
Idalia’s experience includes being a Senior Director of Community Wealth Partners, a nonprofit that partners with nonprofits and foundations to create strategies, implements them, engages stakeholders, and learns what works in pursuit of their missions. Idalia was the president of the nonprofit Hispanic College Fund, where she led innovative operational and programmatic improvements resulting in tremendous organizational growth and service impact. Under her leadership, the Hispanic College Fund grew from a startup to a $7M organization. Idalia’s experience in the private sector includes being a technical recruiter at Everyware, Inc., and a Financial Analyst at General Dynamics.
Idalia has an M.B.A. from Averett University and a B.A. in Biology with a minor in French from Boston University. She is a Certified Professional Diversity Coach. She is also certified in the Team Diagnostic Survey (TDS).
Idalia is married and lives in Northern Virginia. She brings a calming energy to her work and creates safe spaces for dialogue and shared understanding.
