Janeen Latini

Janeen M. Latini, best-selling author of Love to Lead. Lead to Love. and Stack It Up! is a Professional Certified leadership coach, a Change Management Advanced Practitioner, an organizational strategist, and a no-kidding truth-teller. 

After a successful 20+ year management consulting career, Janeen left her executive position at Booz Allen Hamilton to focus full-time on developing leaders and their teams. As the founder and Managing Partner of Latini Leadership, Janeen prepares leaders to be successful in high-visibility, high-pressure situations while finding balance in their everyday lives. She is passionate about facilitating the awareness and understanding of how race, power, rank, and privilege influence and affect organizational culture and effectiveness.

Janeen’s consulting experience includes strategic planning, change management, communications, organizational development, facilitation, training, and IT development and implementation. She is adept at visioning, strategy development, and supporting program implementation to help clients accelerate change adoption and reach stated goals. She is a skilled business leader who successfully built and managed portfolios exceeding $50M/year.  

During change initiatives, much is asked of leaders: to be the face of a program, to provide strategic vision, to be a swift decision-maker, and to offer rewards generously. What began as coaching for senior leaders developed into a broader practice of leadership coaching, strategy, and support. Janeen has developed individual coaching plans, team development programs, and change management strategies for global clients.  Janeen is a member of the International Coach Federation & Association of Change Management Professionals Joint Task Force to optimize change management and coaching synergies. 

Janeen’s coaching approach focuses on overall wellness and operates from believing that everyone can achieve whatever they choose. The conversation becomes a powerful method for creating change by holding a safe space to explore. At the heart of this practice is the belief that imagination is far more powerful than willpower, and to truly reach one’s potential, authentic, creative energy must be tapped and used. 

A lover of coffee, hot yoga, half-marathons, and world travel, Janeen and her beloved daughter resides in Arlington, VA, with their rescue kitties and pups.
