Jayne Byrnes

Jayne is a consultant with Corentus, serving as an executive coach, trainer, and facilitator. She brings broad experience and energy to help leaders and teams navigate change and achieve their full potential. Encouraging a high level of collaboration and commitment, Jayne challenges her clients to “embrace excellence” in achieving personal, team, and enterprise goals.   

Jayne’s diverse corporate experience includes leading large-scale business change initiatives at Cardinal Health and Nationwide Financial. Her application of a change management methodology made technology, work process, and culture transformation more effective for these companies. She managed training and communications impacting over 2000 associates at each company. Jayne facilitated visioning and strategy sessions with senior leaders, coached leaders and teams to gain alignment and performance, conducted in-depth assessments of performance needs, and developed change execution plans. Jayne led collaborations among business unit leaders, field operations, sales teams, and corporate resources.  

While at Cardinal Health, she created and led leadership programs for high-potential leaders at all levels. Teaming with the CFO and other C-suite leaders, Jayne created a development program for emerging leaders that was taken enterprise-wide. Under Jayne’s leadership, her talent management team designed curricula and implemented global management and IT training.   

In addition to her professional coaching, Jayne teaches organizational behavior, strategy, and leadership at Capital University and previously at Xavier University. She effectively motivates Millennials and Generation Zs in their personal growth. 

Jayne has direct experience in the healthcare industry, including coaching leaders and consulting with teams to improve patient care. Previous engagements also include training global leaders at P&G, GE, and other companies.  

Jayne lives in Columbus, Ohio with her husband, John. An active community volunteer, Jayne facilitates workshops for the medical leadership program at Nationwide Children’s Hospital and coaches high-potential MBA students at Fisher College of Business at The Ohio State University.
