Jennifer Greenberg, MBA, is a certified executive coach with a focus on growth and team development. Her first experience leading teams in her early years, as a wilderness trip leader. She became compelled by how individuals come together to accomplish hard things, and how these group experiences created a path to the greatest personal growth. Her career experience has touch non-profit, education, consulting, and pharma industries, among others, and includes work in communications, strategic planning, complex multi-stakeholder projects, and program development. She has developed consensus workshops to bring regulatory, medical experts, advocacy organizations and other stakeholders together in the pharmaceutical drug development space, supported change efforts and communications at a major academic medical center, and directed international trainings at the PhD level.
Jennifer is an ICF certified coach, having received her training at Rutgers University in the Leadership Coaching for Organizational Performance program. She is trained in basic mediation, Gamestorming Facilitation, as well as a number of individual and team psychometric assessments. Her dedication to team performance led her to Corentus, where she received trained toward a team coaching certification. Originally trained as an educator, Jennifer teaches organizational management at the MBA level. She has taught strategy, communication, organizational behavior, and has developed trainings on topics including Feedback, Talent Acquisition, Leadership, and Peer Coaching. Jennifer has trained in mediation and non-violent communication.
Her coaching clients include C-level leaders and lower in healthcare, tech, consumer goods, social services, government, and sportswear. Her expert focus is on the intersection of collaboration, emotional intelligence, individual achievement, and business results to drive team performance. As a coach she serves as an investigative champion for growth. As a leadership consultant, she works with private and publicly traded companies, as well as non-profit boards, to guide the discovery of organizational leadership needs and subsequently identify and place top talent.
