Jeremy Hirshberg, Ph.D.

Jeremy along with Stefano Petti and Alexander Caillet founded the States of Mind Institute to research the impact of state of mind on leadership effectiveness and provide methodologies that can be used by leaders to improve their performance and results.

Jeremy consults, designs, and delivers custom leadership programs to global audiences across all levels of leadership. For over a decade, Jeremy has been a leadership and organizational development practitioner providing consulting, executive coaching, and leadership development across all organizational levels. He has worked in numerous industries including Finance, Utilities, Federal, State and Local Government, Healthcare, Retail, and Manufacturing.  

Jeremy is also an expert in executive assessment for selection and development and has assessed leaders in the Energy, Consulting, Entertainment, Government and Steel industries. Additionally, Jeremy edited the 8th edition of Management of Organizational Behavior by Hersey, Blanchard, and Johnson, and authored the final chapter, “Synthesizing Leadership Theories.”

In addition to partnering with Corentus, Jeremy is the Regional Director for Leadership Solutions at the Center for Creative Leadership. He responsible for leading a team that serves clients headquartered in the western region of the United States, Canada and all of Latin America; Jeremy’s team develops strategies around Organizational Leadership, Talent Management, Leader Development, Assessments and Coaching.

Prior to joining the Center, Jeremy was the Defense market practice lead for Booz Allen Hamilton’s Leadership Development practice, where he led the market strategy, business development, and design and delivery of leadership solutions to the Department of Defense, Defense Intelligence Agency, IRS, and VA. Prior to that, he was a talent and organizational development consultant for AllianceBernstein, San Diego Gas and Electric, and Southern California Gas Company.
