Jim Daniell is a strategic leader dedicated to transforming organizations for greater scale and impact 

Jim is a seasoned business leader with deep experience in both the technology and telecom sectors, successfully transitioning to the nonprofit space in 2009 as COO of Oxfam America. In 2017, he founded Revol LLC to help nonprofits accelerate transformation for greater scale and impact.

With extensive expertise at the intersection of global nonprofits and tech-enabled enterprises, Jim has led efforts in international program delivery, policy and advocacy, fundraising, and core operational functions such as finance, HR, and IT. His work focuses on bridging strategy formation with the implementation of people, financial, and technological processes that drive meaningful change for employees, donors, and beneficiaries.

Jim’s for-profit experience spans startups to multi-billion-dollar enterprises, including P&L ownership and multiple CEO roles in the tech sector. He has served on public and private boards with over 60 years of cumulative service, participated in international transactions, and been involved in venture investments—including founding one of Boston’s largest angel networks.
