Nathalie’s focus and passion is facilitating effective dialogue between individuals within and between groups and organizations.

She does this by creating safe spaces where all participants have a “voice at the table” and are able to share their perspectives, concerns and ideas. Effective dialogue is essential for healthy relationships and community, effective problem-solving/decision making, conflict resolution, learning and self-development.

Nathalie is a Leadership and Team Coach and a Virginia Certified Mentor Mediator specializing in leadership and team development, coaching, and conflict resolution. She has provided coaching and facilitated meetings and leadership training programs for thousands of managers and executives in the Communication, Hospitality, Government, Outplacement, Profit, and Nonprofit industries.

Her international facilitation experience includes China, Armenia, Thailand, Australia, United Kingdom, Germany, Mexico, and the Caribbean. As a Virginia Supreme Court Certified Mentor Mediator, Nathalie works with NVMS Conflict Resolution Center and serves as a mentor to Virginia mediators seeking Virginia Supreme Court Mediator certification. She is also a member of NVMS’ Restorative Justice (RJ) leadership team implementing RJ in Fairfax County, VA School, Police, and Juvenile Justice Systems and leads training for new RJ facilitators.
