Peter is passionate about helping build effective and lasting relationships.
Peter has coached executives and teams across a wide range of sectors ranging from healthcare software and services to technology services to non-profit organizations. He facilitates strategy and offsite sessions for Boards and executive teams and works with companies to align customer and company stories.
Before starting Henderson Leadership Advisors, Peter spent 25 years as an executive at large Fortune 50 and venture/private equity-backed companies, including McKesson, ShapeUp (now Virgin Pulse), and PatientKeeper (now part of HCA). Throughout his career, Peter led the successful launch of 15 new products and services. Peter's operating leadership and expertise includes: cross-functional team development, human resources, post-merger integration, customer experience and value assessment, messaging, positioning and storytelling, new product innovation, and metric measurement.
Peter holds an M.B.A from Dartmouth Tuck School of Business. He is certified in Team Coaching and has additional certifications, including Leadership and Transformation (CTI), Negotiation and Leadership – Master Level (Harvard Law School), and Business Strategy and Artificial Intelligence (Sloan School at MIT).
Peter has three amazing daughters who are happily pursuing their dreams. He enjoys tennis, weightlifting, jogging, skiing, biking, traveling, and mountain climbing. Peter is fascinated by how the mind works and is pursuing a master’s degree in Psychology. He serves as a Board member at ResearchILD, a non-profit dedicated to helping children learn effective executive functioning skills. A graduate of Dartmouth College, Peter majored in history, lived in Granada, Spain, and spent four years singing a Capella.
