Under his leadership, the CMS Alliance to Modernize Healthcare (CAMH) expanded its capacity and capabilities, becoming MITRE’s second-largest Federally Funded Research and Development Center (FFRDC) with revenue approaching $150 million. He pioneered the first broad FFRDC partnership model, involving 36 partners and over 5000 health experts, enhancing MITRE's ability to address complex healthcare challenges. Rob’s efforts in strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and corporate research integration were instrumental in achieving 100% of annual goal targets during his officer appointment. Moreover, as a leader, he implemented team coaching tools such as Corentus’ State of Mind to help make his teams more effective and efficient before cascading the learning down to more subordinate teams.

At Boundless Teams, Rob leverages his extensive expertise to offer comprehensive team performance training and coaching, primarily serving non-profit entities and individuals committed to practical improvements on a pro bono basis. He focuses on pragmatic strategic planning and effective use of metrics, and his approach includes team assessments and coaching to reinforce these skills in real-world operational settings.
