She has worked globally, but currently lives in San Francisco Bay Area, California with her husband and two growing boys. She aims to be outside whenever possible. Sara Ironside has been an organizational and leadership development consultant and executive coach for over 20 years, working in partnership with leaders and their teams to better leverage talent and achieve greater success. As a ICF PCC-certified executive coach, she has over 500 hours of leadership coaching experience. Sara shares best practices and empowers senior leaders to identify the actions they need to take to reach their goals.
