Sara has worked with clients globally in various industries including healthcare, technology, and financial services. She has partnered with leaders at multiple organizations including Franklin Templeton Investments, Adobe, Windriver, Clover, Blue Shield of California, Crestone Capitol, OpenText and multiple start-ups and non-profits. Sara is a Professional Certified Coach through the International Coaching Federation, and is certified in multiple assessment tools including Hogan Personality Assessment, Myers Briggs Type Indicator, Sundance Change Management, IDEO University Foundations in Design Thinking and Conflict Dynamic Profile.

She has worked globally, but currently lives in San Francisco Bay Area, California with her husband and two growing boys. She aims to be outside whenever possible. Sara Ironside has been an organizational and leadership development consultant and executive coach for over 20 years, working in partnership with leaders and their teams to better leverage talent and achieve greater success. She has expertise in executive and group coaching, effective communication, team alignment, presentation skills, managing conflict, leading change and improving partnerships.

As a ICF PCC-certified executive coach, she has over 500 hours of leadership coaching experience. Sara shares best practices and empowers senior leaders to identify the actions they need to take to reach their goals. She is results-oriented, ensuring leaders experience new tactics to achieve different outcomes. With the client in the driver’s seat, Sara is a partner who provides guidance through her curiosity, advice, practice, and feedback while ensuring the client arrives at their destination on their own.
