Stefano Petti

Corentus Research Partner, State of Mind Research

Stefano's approach to people development embeds a strong focus on their actual business context, the results they need to produce, and the state of mind they need to get there.

Stefano, along with Jeremy Hirshberg and Alexander Caillet, founded the States of Mind Institute to research the impact of the state of mind on leadership effectiveness and provide methodologies that can be used by leaders to improve their performance and results. Stefano started his professional career in London working for ENI Group and moved back to Italy in 2000, where he took on senior roles in the financial industry within various divisions of the French group Société Générale. Since 2002 he works primarily as an executive coach, and he supports senior leaders and managers, largely within multinational contexts, who are engaged in transformational and change initiatives.

Stefano is also a lecturer at the Master of International Management programme (University of Bologna, Italy) and a former lecturer at the Executive MBA programme (CUOA Business School, Italy). After graduating in Business Economics in Italy, he specialized in International Marketing and Finance in Sweden, and in 2000 he was awarded a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in London.

Stefano is an ICF (International Coach Federation) Professional Certified Coach (PCC), a former member of the ICF European Leaders Group, a former member of the Executive Committee of ICF Italy, and a co-founder of a non-profit association for the organization of Cultural Events.
