Our focus

Our work continues to center on practical tools, shared learning, and thoughtful conversation in support of effective teaming, inside organizations and beyond them. Our work is focused on supporting effective teaming through shared language, practical tools, and ongoing engagement.

We’re investing in:

  • grounding our work in the Corentus Team Wheel, our framework for understanding how teams function and develop over time

  • developing and refining Team Tools that can be used inside real organizations

  • creating spaces where practitioners and internal leaders can learn from one another

  • supporting people who lead and influence teams from within

  • The Corentus Team Wheel™ is how we organize our approach. It identifies four key dimensions of team effectiveness:

    • Common Purpose and Shared Goals

    • Roles and Competencies

    • Mutual Accountability

    • Collaboration and Cohesion

  • The Corentus Toolkit includes more than 100 tools developed and refined over decades of work with teams around the world. Some we call main team tools, and some we call microtools. We come in with precision, and our clients deeply value it. When a MicroTool is all that’s needed to help a team reach its goals, we bring just that, nothing more, nothing wasted.

    Main Team Tools: A robust collection of contextual insights, MicroTools, client cases, and more that help teams develop new skills and competencies.

    MicroTools: Short, focused practices that can be taught and used in less than 10 minutes, ideal for busy teams that want to see immediate results.

    Whether we use a full Main Tool or a couple MicroTools, we bring only what is necessary for your team to make progress quickly. Our ability to discern what matters most and to act with precision is what sets us apart.

Below is a snapshot of what’s currently available for people who want to engage more deeply with Corentus. Some of these offerings are ongoing, others evolve month to month. We update this section regularly as new tools, conversations, and gatherings take shape.

Team Tools Cohort

Over the past 25 years, we’ve developed and refined a set of Team Tools used in our work with leaders, teams, and organizations worldwide. These tools have been applied in team coaching, 1:1 coaching, facilitation, training, and advisory work, at the top of organizations and cascaded across entire systems.

The Team Tools Cohort is a membership-based space focused specifically on engaging with these tools over time.

Members receive:

  • access to the growing Corentus Team Tools library (including Intentional Meetings, Mutual Accountability,
    Decision Making, Foundations of Team Cohesion, and Multi-Generational Workforce)

  • facilitation guides, frameworks, and practical materials

  • two live learning labs each month

  • connection with others, applying these tools in real organizational contexts

New tools and materials are added regularly. Live sessions are recorded for members who are unable to attend in real time.

This cohort is distinct from the free Corentus Community, while living within the same platform as a private, dedicated space.

First Fridays

On the first Friday of every month, Corentus hosts a private event where thought leaders share their insights with the Corentus Community of Global Professionals Advancing Team Effectiveness. These live events are exclusively for our community; however, we share the recording of selected segments of the event on our Youtube.
