This simply means that you participated in a Corentus course or workshop and, therefore, are automatically a member of the community. No obligations or expectations—just membership!

There is no cost to membership. There are resources, from Corentus and other organizations, throughout this portal that are free and some have a fee. We trust you honor the people who worked hard to create these resources and will always give proper attribution.

If you wish to give back to an organization by offering a team coaching engagement. You may also be in need of the five team coaching engagements to apply for ICF's ACTC).

2. Operational Fit
Alignment across key components of client engagements: capacity (time available/time required), compensation (desired fees/client budgets), logistics (in-person/virtual), etc.
3. Rapport
Alignment with the Corentus culture: collaborative, responsive to others, ability to give and receive feedback, timely submissions of invoices, community-mindedness, etc.
4. Excellence
High level of proficiency in at least one of the six primary modalities we use to help our clients achieve higher levels of team effectiveness and performance: Team Coaching, Executive/Leadership Coaching, Facilitation, Training/Faculty, Team Development Advisory, and Org Change via Effective Teams
