During the summer of 2020, people around the world in four 30-minute calls where we shared what we hoped would give people a way to ease the stress and connect with like-hearted people around the planet. We did not record these sessions however we are sharing the slides from these calls that include our well-known Resilience through Coherence Practice called the 4-Step Method.
