The Community of Global Practitioners Portal

This space is dedicated to the larger community of practitioners that have engaged with Corentus in some way over the years.

At Corentus, we firmly believe that effective teaming is essential in driving the creation of a sustainable and harmonious future. To achieve this, the world needs tens of thousands of practitioners around the world, including leaders, coaches, consultants, and other professionals, who support team transformation. We recognize that each of us will require development, support, and care to successfully embark on this world-changing mission, and so we created this portal as a hub for exactly that.

  • Find a full list of your fellow Corentus Core Practitioners here. While we are always happy to support you in any ways that we can, we also hope that you can lean on and support one another!

  • We are always happy to hear from you. Here is a page that shares more info.

  • As a Corentus Core Practitioner, you are vital to our business and this community. We'd love to see you gain more visibility in the world. Here are a few ways we can work together (you and our Staff) and as a community to ensure each core practitioner obtains the visibility they desire.

    First,

    • Post your status on Linkedin as a Corentus Core Practitioner and on other social media platforms. See Julie Lautens’ and Lori Zukin’s LinkedIn profiles for examples.

    • Share your social media presence with us and your fellow Core Practitioners so we all can connect, follow, and friend you on these platforms. We will post the social media links to Your Fellow Core Practitioner page if they want all of us to be proactive in giving them additional visibility.

    • Be proactive: connect, follow, and friend your fellow core practitioners on the social media platforms they sent us specifically for this purpose.

    • Take the time to authentically like or comment on their posts.

We want to ensure everyone who wants to be connected and seen is so.

    Second,

    • Let Megan Joson, our Brand Marketing Strategist, know via email (Megan.Joson@Corentus.com) which one of the following opportunities listed here you wish to engage in that can help increase your visibility:

      • Share an example of a time when you used, or should have used, a Corentus tool with a client, and how the tool had, or could have had, an impact. These will eventually be turned into mini-client case studies that are published on our website and marketed on our social media platforms to help showcase how these tools can tangibly benefit teams. Specific client details, such as the company name, team members’ names, date of engagement, etc. will not be published to preserve the client’s privacy, and are not required for submissions. A template for submissions is currently in the works, and should be ready to share soon!

      • Share a quote/testimonial reflecting on your engagement in Corentus events, such as First Fridays, courses and program, etc. They will be attributed to you when they are shared online.

      • Share a 3rd party resource, such as an article, white paper, research, quote, book, etc., aligned with our editorial calendar. We may not be able to post all submissions; however, we will do our best.

      • Share your IP, a resource such as an article, tool, method, etc. Remember, even though you are the author of a piece of IP does not always mean you have ownership of the IP and can share it. Make sure you have the right to publicly share any submission with us. When you share, ensure you have the copyright and provide instructions on how you wish us to properly acknowledge the source.

    Finally,

    • Share your knowledge with your fellow core practitioners!

    • If you have experience or expertise that could be helpful to fellow community members, let Bryan know so other practitioners can benefit. We are working on creating an area in this portal to share resources. In the meantime, email Bryan.Pflaum@Corentus.com. Resource-sharing can go a long way toward increasing visibility among fellow Core Practitioners - and positively impacting this entire community.

  • There are Two Main Areas to help clarify the process and the information we need from you to “Clarify Impact and Achieve Alignment” between you as a Corentus Core Practitioner and a Corentus client.

    1. Gain an understanding of the Client and Practitioner Experience Journies. The main phases and steps to these journeys can clarify the process of why, who, when, and how a Core Practitioner is selected to be on a Client Engagement Team.

    2. Ensure all your information is up-to-date on your Core Practitioner Profile.

For any specific questions, please email: Julie.Lautens@Corentus.com

  • We know how busy you are and how things can change on a dime.

Whenever you need to update your Goals, Capacity, Proficiency, and Preferences for Corentus Client Engagements, let us know here.

  • Whether you have never used a particular Corentus Team Tool, it has been a little while since you received formal training, or you simply want to hone your skills for an upcoming client engagement, we got you covered.

We are more than happy to help you gain the competence and confidence to fully optimize the use of Corentus Team Tools with clients.

We provide you with various options of how to tap into our Learning & Development Opportunities.

If you need training on a tool that isn’t offered as an on-demand course, please access and review the slide deck for the tool, which can be found in the Core Practitioner Toolkit.

If the tool you need training on isn’t available in the Core Practitioner Toolkit, contact Bryan.Pflaum@Corentus.com for assistance.

  • At the start of every month, we will send out an AR Reminder email to all active Practitioners on when they should input all their hours and expenses into Harvest.

These are the general steps Practitioners and Engagement Leads should follow.

    Practitioners & Engagement Leads

Log into Harvest and enter all your time and expenses for all of [Previous Month] by [Date in Current Month].

    Only Engagement Leads:

Please log into Harvest and verify that the hours and expenses for your projects are correct (you can access a step by step video and detailed instructions here).

Once you have verified all the information is correct, please generate your clients’ invoices for [Previous Month] by [Current Month Date].

We always target to send out invoices to our clients for the previous month by the middle of each month, hence we kindly request that you please adhere to the deadlines included in the monthly AR reminder email, so we can be as efficient as possible in getting our clients our invoices.

If for any reason you find that you won't be able to meet these deadlines listed above, please reach out to us at Operations@Corentus.com as soon as possible.

  • We want to take the hassle out of submitting an invoice to Corentus for work completed. Below please find the most important details to include on your invoice and a couple of other guidelines to getting you paid swiftly.

    • Please always issue individual invoices for each separate project you have been working on.

    • Include the Corentus Project code of your engagement in two places:
    a. in the invoice file name: i.e.: Invoice 1234 from Jane Smith for ACME-13
    b. in the body of the invoice document.
This will allow us to process the invoice without any further delay or need for clarifications.

    • In addition, please include the following:
    1. The client’s name.
    2. If applicable the client’s PO number associated with the project
    3. Date the service was delivered.
    4. A description of services rendered
    5. Number of hours worked on a particular part of the project, the hourly rate for each, and finally, the total amount (hours x rate) for each service or portion of the project you are invoicing.
    6. Any prior approved and reimbursable expenses in details.
    • All invoices can be submitted to Operations@Corentus.com.

Please note that Corentus handles invoices in a bi-weekly cycle.

  • Record yourself training the tool either on your own or with a client (with their permission). Use Zoom, Teams, or your favorite video recording platform/device.

Watch this “how to” tutorial on best ways to record your training.

Once you are satisfied with the recording, upload it in the Teach-Back for Feedback Module within the Core Practitioner Toolkit.

  • If you are Client Engagement Lead and need to create an SOW to engage a practitioner for delivery. Go to the Core Practitioner SOW Form.

Once the form is completed and submitted,
    1. Operations@Corentus.com will create a .pdf of the SOW and send it back to you within 48 business hours., the Client Engagement Lead for final verification.
    2. We ask that you verify the SOW for accuracy within 48 business hours by replying to the email Operations@Corentus.com with approval or any changes you need to make.
    3. Once approved, Operations will start the DocuSign process, sending the SOW for signature to the Core Practitioner and Corentus for signature.
    4. You will be notified when the SOW is fully executed.
PLEASE let us know if you have any questions or if there is anything else you might need to engage a Core Practitioner.

  • Just provide us with the details and we will create the Client SOW and will send it off for signature as soon as possible.

  • Are you on a Corentus Client Engagement Team and cannot access the Channel within Teams to collaborate with your team members?

I will typically get back to you within 24 hours.

  • Are you working with a Corentus Client and believe we have a tool or any other IP that can bring more value and impact to the client?
