Input and Update Schedules
We are strong believers in the philosophy of continuous improvement, and we realize we cannot change our methods and tools every day and keep our sanity. We created the following process on a set 6-month schedule. This process will ensure we take the time necessary to receive feedback from clients and you as Core Practitioners. We will then undergo a rigorous review, make refinements, obtain additional feedback from a small Core Practitioner Feedback Team, and finally, take the time so Core Practitioners can receive the most recent version and be properly trained with the new refinements.
Our approach to continuous improvement is founded on four steps over a scheduled timetable:
Feedback | 5-month period
Revision | 1-month period
Release | takes 1 moment :-)
Training | 2-month period (if necessary)
Feedback | 5-month period
We always like to solicit feedback on the effectiveness and impact of our methods and tools. We gather feedback from practitioners and clients throughout the year and analyze 5-months of feedback at a time. We also proactively search for the latest discoveries and research to add to this process. This feedback and discovery process is essential to continue having the most significant impact on our clients.Revision | 1-month period
Armed with the feedback and input from a 5-month period, we review and refine our methods and tools to ensure they are fresh and up-to-date. From time to time, we may engage outside advisors, researchers, instructional designers, and Core Practitioners to assist us in this part of the process. Core Practitioners play a role by receiving a draft of the new version and providing the last round of feedback before the release. The Core Practitioners Feedback Team evaluates and provides recommendations as to what type of training may be needed by their fellow Core Practitioners based on the revisions made — substantial, minimal, or not necessary.Release | takes 1 moment :-)
When the scheduled time arrives, we will release the new versions of our methods and tools! Then, the Feedback, Revision, and Release process starts again. Depending on the recommendation of the Core Practitioner Feedback Team, training materials/programs may be created.Training | 2-month period (if necessary)
With the new versions ready to go, we will train the Core Practitioners in the upgraded methods and tools (if necessary). This ensures our Core Practitioners are working from the latest versions and are competent and proficient in their utilization.
Notes:
Not all methods and tools undergo review and refinement. This is determined by a number of factors, including feedback from clients, Core Practitioners, and participants in our training programs — as well as identified discoveries and research that impacts a particular method or tool.
Not all new versions necessitate additional training as the modifications may be light.
If you participated in one of our workshops, courses, or programs that included a license to Corentus IP, such as a specific Team Tool, you might have an existing Participant Agreement with us that gives you permission to use specific Corentus IP with non-Corentus clients. If Corentus IP offered here in this community was not included under another agreement, that IP can only be utilized with Corentus clients.
In addition, the Practitioner’s Agreement (previously referred to as the Associate’s Agreement) you signed grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, royalty-free, and revocable license to use Corentus Intellectual Property (“Corentus IP”) to perform Services on behalf of Corentus.
That said, we do make exceptions.
First, if you give proper attribution, the Corentus IP we share on our website can be utilized with non-Corentus clients.
Second, we make exceptions over, and beyond that, so please do not hesitate to ask us if you wish to share Corentus IP with a non-Corentus client at a conference, in a podcast, for a non-profit, etc.
Submit your request for an exception
or if you have any questions or concerns, email Janice.Caillet@Corentus.com
Reinforcers
Reinforcers are tools, methods, and practices that increase the likelihood that what Corentus brings to a client will be sustained for the long term. These include:
Tools | ex. Actions Guides and Flashcards
Practices | ex. Ensuring the leadership team embodies the change
Methods | ex. Engaging a select set of team leaders or team members to be highlighted within the team or the organization as Champions for Change.
We will be sharing these in the weeks ahead.
